Contest Terms and Conditions: 

  1. This [GDEX INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT – ENTER & WIN] Contest (hereinafter referred to as “Contest”) is open to all Malaysian citizens and Non-Malaysian residents aged 18 years and above (hereinafter referred to as “Participants”).

  2. Participants must be customers of either GDEX branches, GDEX POP Plus, GDEX Agents OR myGDEX.

  3. This Contest commences on 1st March 2021 and ends on 31st May 2021. The Organiser reserves the right to extend the Contest period without notice.

  4. To participate in the Contest, participants are required to complete the following steps:
  • Participants must deliver parcels or documents to any *International destination during the contest period with a minimum spending amount of RM100.00 in a single invoice using GDEX International shipment service.
    (*) Most countries are acceptable. However, we advise valued customers to check the shipment availability to that country with our customer service officer beforehand.

  • After completing the purchase, scan the QR code and fill in your mandatory details (Name as per IC/Passport, NRIC Number/Passport Number, Mobile Number, Gender and GDEX Invoice Number)
  • Keep the hard copy of the invoice, if any.
  1. The Organiser reserves the right to publish or use the names and photographs of Participants for promotional, commercial, and publicity purposes deemed appropriate without notice and without seeking prior consent from the Participants. Participants shall not make any claims against the Organiser for royalties, compensation fees, or any other form of payments for the same.

  2. By entering the Contest, Participants shall indemnify and hold harmless the Organiser, its agents, servants, employees or representatives, from and against any and all claims, suits, judgements, damages, liabilities and losses, arising out of or attributable to their participation in this Contest.

  3. By participating in this Contest, Participants unconditionally agree with the Contest terms and conditions and decisions by the Organiser and the panel of judges of the Contest.

  4. Participants who do not comply with the terms and conditions of this Contest shall be disqualified.

  5. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other prizes or cash.

  6. The Organiser reserves the right to exchange any prize with another prize of similar value at any time without prior notice.

  7. The Organiser reserves the right to change, vary, or amend these terms and conditions, the Contest procedures and/or any other related matters at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.

  8. These terms and conditions will prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained in any other promotional materials advertising the Contest.

  9. Disclaimer: The Organiser does not organise any contests through SMS or mobile phone sim cards. Our respected customers are advised to not entertain any communication from third parties claiming to represent our Company.

Contest Mechanisms:

A) For GDEX branch walk-in customers: 

  1. Customers visit a GDEX branch and deliver documents or parcels by using GDEX International shipment with a minimum spend of RM100.00 in a single invoice.

  2. After making the payment, customers will receive the invoice from the branch’s Customer Service officer.

  3. Customers are advised to scan the Contest QR code at the counter and fill in the required personal details. 

B) For GDEX POP Plus, GDEX Agents and myGDEX customers: 

  1. GDEX POP Plus & GDEX Agents – After completing the shipment order, customers can scan the Contest QR code on GDEX website or at the counter. Do request for the Contest QR code from the GDEX POP Plus or GDEX Agent and fill in the required personal details.

  2. myGDEX – After completing the shipment order, customers can scan the Contest QR code on myGDEX homepage: and fill in the required personal details.
