How to Enter into the Contest:

• To participate in the Contest, participants are required to purchase Enhanced Liability through the Contest Channels (GDEX Branches, myGDEX, or myGDEX prime) within the Campaign Period.

• Every purchase of Enhanced Liability during the contest period entitles you a chance to win the Contest Gifts.

• Winners will be picked in a lucky draw every month and announced on Facebook Live. Each winner will be contacted within 5 working days from the announcement date.

Contest Terms and Conditions:

1. This [GDEX Enhanced Liability – Enter & Win Contest] Contest (hereinafter referred to as “Contest”) is open to all Malaysian citizens and Non-Malaysian residents aged 18 years and above (hereinafter referred to as “Participants”).
   
   
2. Participants must be walk-in customers of GDEX branches, or customers of myGDEX or myGDEX Prime.
   
   
3. This Contest starts from 16th April 2021 to 15th August 2021. The Organiser reserves the right to end or extend the Contest period without notice.
   
   
4. The Organiser reserves the right to publish or use the names and photographs of Participants for promotional, commercial, and publicity purposes deemed appropriate without notice and without seeking prior consent from the Participants. Participants shall not make any claims against the Organiser for royalties, compensation fees, or any other form of payments for the same.
   
   
5. By entering the Contest, Participants shall indemnify and hold harmless the Organiser, its agents, servants, employees or representatives, from and against any and all claims, suits, judgements, damages, liabilities and losses, arising out of or attributable to their participation in this Contest.
   
   
6. By participating in this Contest, Participants unconditionally agree with the Contest terms and conditions and decisions by the Organiser and the panel of judges of the Contest.
   
   
7. Participants who do not comply with the terms and conditions of this Contest shall be disqualified.
   
   
8. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other prizes or cash.
   
   
9. The Organiser reserves the right to exchange any prize with another prize of similar value at any time without prior notice.
   
   
10. The Organiser reserves the right to change, vary, or amend these terms and conditions, the Contest procedures and/or any other related matters at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.
    
    
11. These terms and conditions will prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained in any other promotional materials advertising the Contest.
