Referral Campaign Mechanics:

1. Simply send a myGDEX invitation to your friends via a link, Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp, or email to spread the word about myGDEX.

2. For every friend you refer to myGDEX, they will receive a welcome gift of RM10 to kick start their delivery journey as soon as they make a new top-up.

3. At the same time, you will be rewarded with RM10 as a token of appreciation.

Terms and Conditions

myGDEX Referral Program (“The Program”) allows users to earn “GDEX credit” to be used for future bookings, by referring friends to become new users of myGDEX. To participate, users must agree to these terms, which constitute part of the myGDEX Terms & Conditions.

1.How to Earn Referral GDEX Credits

• Users can earn Shipping Credits if:
  1. A referee clicks on the referral link to create a valid myGDEX account which complies with our Terms & Conditions; and
  2. The referee tops up RM100 credit on myGDEX.
• If the above conditions are met, then both the referee and referrer will be credited with the RM10 GDEX credit amount(s) for each successful referral.

2. Limitations

• There is no limit to the amount of Referral GDEX Credits that can be earned per user, unless indicated otherwise in the referral invitation or any accompanying promotional materials on the myGDEX website. However, referral codes can only be redeemed once per user. The Referee must be a new user that does not have any existing account on myGDEX.

3. Redeeming GDEX Credits

• Shipping credits may only be redeemed via the myGDEX website. Once earned, the credits will appear in the user’s myGDEX e-Wallet.

4. Termination and Disqualification

• The activities below are expressly prohibited and by engaging in any of the following, myGDEX reserves the right to any remedy, including termination of your account or shipment deliveries and disqualification from the Program, which may result in the forfeiture of existing Program invitations and any rewards or credits accrued (if applicable):
  1. Fraud, attempted fraud, tampering, technical errors, abuse of the Program and violation of these terms are suspected;
  2. Spamming, mass emailing, texting, messaging and using automated bots or systems for distribution that would constitute or appear to constitute unsolicited commercial email or junk under any applicable laws and regulations.
• myGDEX will review and investigate any suspicious referral activities as deemed fair and appropriate. myGDEX reserves the right to amend, modify, or discontinue the Program at any time, either temporarily or permanently, with or without notice, at its sole discretion.

5. Multiple Referrals

• A referee is only entitled to one referral link. If the referee receives referral links from multiple referrers, then only the referrer associated with that referral link which is used by the referee is entitled to receive the GDEX credits.

6. myGDEX reserves the right to amend any of the above terms & conditions from time to time without prior notice
